Thank you for visiting our online booking page. Please use the options below to schedule appointments with Nurse Practitioner, Anna Pelleboer, and Medical Aesthetician, Alexis Overholt.
Please note: patients MUST have a valid Canadian Health Card for any type of appointment due to clinic policies and regulations.
If you are new to our clinic, please ensure you book a consultation appointment so we can discuss your concerns and treatment goals. If you are unable to find a time that fits your schedule, you may add yourself to our wait list.
Appointments with Dr. David Arnott
Please note the following:
A referral is required before a consultation can be arranged. Referrals may be provided by a medical doctor, a nurse practitioner, or through a walk-in clinic.
Once a referral is received, it will be triaged. Our office will contact you closer to the anticipated appointment time to schedule your visit.
Current wait times:
Urgent: < 1 month
Semi-Urgent: 1–3 months
Non-Urgent: 6–8 months
If you are an existing patient of Dr. Arnott, please contact the office directly for any appointment inquiries. Please note that existing patients with new concerns will require a new referral in accordance with OHIP regulations.
OHIP Coverage
Medical appointments with Dr. David Arnott are covered under OHIP.
Cosmetic appointments and procedures are not OHIP-covered.
Initial hair loss consultations are covered; however, hair loss treatments are not, as per OHIP rules.
